W00t, not much has been going on lately. Me and Mia watched the latest Pirates of the Caribbean the other day. It’s really a five plus trilogy, maybe not in the LOTR kind of sense, but awesome stuff anyway. Otherwise I just found out that the Award Ceremony of course will be held this weekend which is the weekend that me and Mia are going to Sydney, so I’ll miss the entire show! Sucks. However, hopefully Sydney can provide some cool action. We’ve already planned a lot of cool things such as the Aquarium, iMAX and pretty much all of the neighbourhoods, old and new that surrounds Hyde Park. We got pretty lucky on the hotell, we found a pretty cheap hotell just on the edge of Hyde Park which is really nice.

Just ran into Ray Gordan, my Behavior in Organizations teacher from last semester. He gladly reported that I’ll be recieving the Academic Achievement Award for class nr. 1 of last semester’s class. Pretty sweet, now I’m just waiting for Peter Clarke to tell me I got it for Customer Analysis/Consumer Behavior as well, I think I’ll share it with Nils in that subject. But, Boooyaa anyway!
Is currently the main man of Italy. After scoring two goals for his Milan in the CL-final vs. Liverpool Ancelotti has again hailed Pipo Inzaghi as one of the best finishers ever seen in the game of football. Sure, he’s deadly when he get the chance as he did when he rounded Pepe Reina for 2-0, but the first goal is even more stereotypical for Pipo to me, Pirlo shot a freekick that found the goal via THE HAND of Inzaghi, not cool. Shouldn’t have been a goal if you ask me, I’ve watched it a couple of times on YouTube this morning, and it’s pretty obvious that it should have been disallowed – the reason being that the ball changed direction when it hit his hand, deliberate or not – it’s not supposed to be a goal if it changes direction, which it clearly did.
But, Liverpool will have to pay for their mistakes again. Mistake numero uno was putting Zenden on the pitch from the start, he should barely have made my squad if I was Benitez, I’m not saying that Kewell would have been the superior choice, rather that Speedy Gonzales was on the bench, why wasn’t he used? With probably around 10 scouts on Milan, the Liverpool staff must have known that the chances of Zenden (who don’t possess speed anymore) coming around on the outside of Oddo is close to 0%. But still, I’d trade Speedy, Kewell and Zenden plus a million or two to get Vicente any day of the week.
We should have finished them in the first half, Kuyt and Gerrard both had really good chances to give Liverpool the lead, but both failed. We paid very expensive for our individual mistakes! First half was a class display from one team, Liverpool – second half was more Milan vs. the clock. Nesta, Ambrosini, Gattuso (not the iron-man after all) and Inzaghi was all down with “severe injury”, Nesta even signalled to be substituted! … all of them was of course just down to make the time run out. Liverpool would have done the same if they were in the lead, I’m sure of it, however, it’s fucking annoying just because they’re all Italians. Bastards.
Yesterday Tahlia, “the guitar hero girl” was here, I dunno for how long they’d been playing before I got home, but I had a crack at it and crushed Mia (of course) before the thing that everyone knew was going to happen’, happened. The pool table seemed to inviting and it kind of quickly switched to being all pool – and no guitar hero. But hey! at least Melissa, Rick and Tahlia tried to go all in for guitar hero! Later JB came over and complained about the rules of the game we were playing (a kind of re-invented ‘killer’) – of course! He went out in a bang as numero uno.

Today I got my camera back from the repairshop, I was amazed to see that they had actually written that they thought one of the reasons for the lens not opening correctly was sand, which should mean that they don’t clean it and don’t fix it. However when I tried it – it worked again! Wicked. All-in with photos on Thursday at Don’s and hopefully in Byron this weekend.
Biljetterna till Danmark hemma släpptes ju häromdagarna, tydligen såldes de slut på rekordfart och hela ena långsidan var borta inom 2 minuter!
